David Aubrey

Having graduated with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, David spent 2 years with Lucas Girling before leaving to work in IT in the Joint credit Card Company. After eight years there he moved to Barclaycard IT for 5 years and in 2000 joined Cable and Wireless, which was then taken over by Vodafone. Initially in IT and then moved into the Network planning area, administering multi-million portfolios of opex and capex budgets with particular emphasis on project management, purchase to pay processes and governance. He retired from Vodafone in October 2018.
As well as the day job he has for the last 10 years been a trustee director of the Vodafone Pension scheme with £5bn of assets. He is to carry on as a trustee director until the end of his term at which stage he will decide if he wishes to stand again as a director.

Managing Director

Richard Knight

Richard has been Managing Director since Jan 2018, taking over from Ian. Richard has been a director of the company since December 1994, and therefore has a good knowledge of the property portfolio. Previously Richard has worked in corporate finance in the City of London and Hampshire. Richard is married with 3 adult children, enjoys a game of golf and reading thrillers.

Director

David Cledwyn

David has been a director since May 2000.

David specialises in Residential and Commercial Property having qualified as a Solicitor in 1979,  spending my career working in London and the local Hampshire area. David has over 25 years experience working almost exclusively in Residential and Commercial Property on behalf of Private Clients, Developers and Investors.

Outside of work, David has a love of water sports, including sailing. When on dry land David enjoys trekking and travel. David is married with two adult children.

Director

Josh Knight

Josh has recently joined Larger London in 2023 as a Director and is currently a Trainee MD for the company.

Josh possesses a wealth of experience in Customer Service, Sales and developing client relationships. His previous positions include Retail Management, Product Specialist and Recruitment Consultant.

When not at work Josh likes to spend time with his wife, his son who is obsessed with trains and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. In addition Josh is passionate about American Sports and his New York teams.

Director

Will Fearnley-Whittingstall

Will has recently joined Larger London and comes from a marketing and advertising background within financial services. He combines his role with his responsibilities as director of a digital marketing agency. With broad experience delivering strategy and client services in small and large business, Will brings a diverse range of experience to the company. Beyond work, Will plays tennis and is a keen runner, multi-cat butler and avid football fan.

PA & Office Administrator

Sue Woods

Sue has been PA/Administrator since 2002. Previously Sue worked in financial services in Bournemouth.

Sue is the mainstay of the team.

Outside of working for LLL she has no life as we work her too hard.
